Taking appointments on your own website

If your pharmacy wants to offer vaccination appointments on its own website, write to us through the contact form. We give you an embed code, and you paste it into your website where the booking should appear.

We can also set up the booking function for you free of charge, which takes a few hours.

Your pharmacy’s name appears above the form. Your customers choose the vaccination, then the date and time, and confirm the booking with a code they receive by email. Your pharmacy then gets a summary of the booking by email.

What you can set

We give you an account where you set the vaccinations you offer and your vaccination hours yourself, at any time. You also choose the language, colour and presentation there.

• Vaccination. If you preselect one, the booking starts at the calendar. Only vaccinations your pharmacy offers can be chosen.
• Calendar. The days and times you vaccinate. You can offer more than one appointment at the same time.
• Language. German, English, Turkish, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian or Arabic.
• Colour. Your brand colour as a hex value, such as #1d5c96 in the pictures above. The preview beside it shows at once how the booking function looks in that colour.
• Presentation. The form directly on the page, or a button that opens it in a pop-up.

What happens to the data

Everything your customers enter in the form goes to Impflotse. The form is a page of impflotse.de embedded in your website, so the data never reaches your server.

Impflotse processes the salutation, name, email address, phone number, date of birth and the voluntary health questions as the controller, the same as for a booking made directly on impflotse.de. You receive the booking details by email and in your account. More on this is in our privacy policy, under “Recipients”.

The booking function sets no cookie, stores nothing else on the device and loads nothing from another provider. Under § 25 of the Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz (TDDDG), Germany’s digital privacy act, a service needs consent only where it stores or accesses information on the device. The booking function does neither, so your website needs no cookie banner for it.

Your privacy policy should still mention the booking function. As soon as somebody opens the page, the browser loads the script and the frame from impflotse.de, and our server sees the IP address and your website’s domain. The paragraph below says this and can go into your privacy policy unchanged. It is in German, because your privacy policy is. We are happy to help you with it.

Terminbuchung über Impflotse

Auf dieser Seite binden wir die Terminbuchung von Impflotse ein. Beim
Aufruf der Seite lädt Ihr Browser dafür ein Skript von impflotse.de
und zeigt die Buchung in einem Rahmen von dort an. Dabei erhält
Impflotse Ihre IP-Adresse und die Adresse unserer Website.
Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse, eine Terminbuchung
anzubieten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Die Einbindung setzt keine Cookies und speichert nichts auf Ihrem
Gerät. Was Sie in die Buchung eingeben, verarbeitet Impflotse als
eigenständiger Verantwortlicher. Wir erhalten es erst mit Ihrer

If you use the button, the frame loads only when somebody clicks it. In that case, delete “und zeigt die Buchung in einem Rahmen von dort an” (“and shows the booking in a frame from there”).

What it costs

The booking function is free in 2026, because many pharmacies are only starting out under the Apothekenversorgung-Weiterentwicklungsgesetz, the new pharmacy act. Later we will charge a small fee. Under our terms, what you pay changes only once you agree to it.
