Taking appointments on your own website
One line in your page, and your visitors book there instead of calling.

This page summarises what is publicly documented. It is not legal advice — your chamber of pharmacists and the responsible supervisory authority are binding.
Somebody looking for a vaccination appointment on your website should book it there, not on a site you send them off to. The widget is the Impflotse booking flow, set into your own page: the same slots, the same rules, the same emails, the same appointment list in the portal.
The embed code
One line, at the place on your page where the booking should sit. The finished snippet with your pharmacy in it is in the portal under Widget: copy, paste, done.
<script src="https://impflotse.de/einbetten.js"
data-apotheke="ihre-apotheke-10117-berlin"></script>It loads nothing you cannot see: a small script that inserts a frame and brings it to whatever height the booking currently needs. On a phone as much as at a desk.
What you can set
All of it in the portal, with a preview beside it. The snippet changes with your settings, so set first, then copy.
- Preselect a vaccination: the booking starts straight at the calendar. Worth doing on a page that is about that vaccination anyway.
- Language: one of the site’s seven.
- Colour: your house colour. If neither black nor white text is legible on it, ours stays; the preview tells you.
- Presentation: the booking directly on the page, or a button that opens it.
- Width: so it fits your layout.
If nothing appears
Two causes, both on your side and both fixable. Whoever looks after your website can check both in minutes.
Your system strips scripts. Some site builders do not allow a <script> in a text field and quietly throw it away on save. Below it in the portal there is a second version without a script: a frame by hand. It does not then grow with the content, so it has a fixed height.
Your page forbids third-party frames. If your website has a Content Security Policy, our address has to be allowed there under frame-src. Which address that is stands in the portal. If that is not possible either, the ordinary link remains. It leads to the same booking, only on our page.
What happens to the data
The frame is our page, not yours. Everything somebody enters there, meaning name, address, date of birth and the voluntary health questions, goes straight to us and never touches your server. You are not processing any health data you were not processing before.
The widget sets no cookie. It measures nobody, it follows nobody across pages, and it loads nothing from a third-party service. It needs no consent banner on our account.
What your website transmits must nonetheless be disclosed: the snippet loads a script from us as soon as somebody opens the page, and our server sees the IP address in doing so. The paragraph below therefore belongs in your privacy policy. It is in German, because that is the language your privacy policy is written in. Take it as it stands; our address is in our imprint.
Einzelheiten und Anschrift: https://impflotse.de/datenschutzIf you use the button variant, delete the bracketed half-sentence: the frame then loads only once somebody presses the button.
What it costs
Nothing. The appointment planner belongs to Basis, the free tariff, as do your profile, your calendar and the portal. As soon as your pharmacy is activated, the snippet is in the portal under Widget.
